We’re seeking staff across Epsom, St Helier and our community sites to become Charity Champions, raising awareness of the charity within your ward/department, among colleagues, patients and their families. 

What do we need from you?

• Invite the charity along to your team meetings and away days so that we can educate staff about the hospital charity, how they can get involved and how they can support us. 
• Be the point of contact on your ward/department for patients who want to show their gratitude and donate or fundraise. 
• Let us know about the projects or initiatives we might be able to fund as well as any purchases you have made that we can use within our communications. 
• Encourage your team to get involved in fundraising!

• You’ll be contributing to making change across Epsom and St Helier Hospitals. 

How we will support you?

• The Charity team will be on hand to support you and your department whenever you need. 
• We will provide bespoke resources to help promote donations, fundraising events and help spread the word about the charity. 
• We are just a phone call away Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm) on 01372 735 262. 
• We will regularly keep you up to date on how much you have raised and the impact you are making. 
• We will provide support to ensure you can spend the funds you raise on the projects you want to prioritise.
