Absolutely! You can raise money to support the ward, department or speciality that means the most to you. It’s best to get in touch with us first and let us know where you would like to direct your fundraising and we will ensure we put it towards the fund of your choice. 

We recommend using JustGiving to set up your online fundraising page- it’s quick and easy and the funds you raised come directly back to Epsom and St Helier Hospitals Charity. 

To set up your page, just follow this link and then click on ‘Fundraise for us’ in the top right-hand corner.

You can send us your fundraising by donating online, sending us a cheque, making a payment over the phone or transferring via bank transfer. However you would like to donate, we will be on hand to facilitate- just drop us an email on esth.charity@nhs.net and we will provide the details you need.

Yes! We can create you some bespoke posters and leaflets, an email signature, provide you with a collection tin and some charity leaflets, just let us know what you might need, and we will do our best to support in any way we can. Just email us at esth.charity@nhs.net 

Just get in touch and let our Charity team know as soon as possible and we will do our best to try and defer your place or backfill it. Unfortunately, your registration fee is non-refundable, but we can move any money you have already raised towards future fundraising. 

We set minimum sponsorship targets to cover the costs of securing event places and to maximise the funds raised for our hospitals. If the minimum amount isn’t met, there is a risk of the charity losing money on the place, and in some cases, you may not be able to take part in the event. 

Rest assured; we won’t expect you to cover any shortfall if you don’t reach the target. However, meeting your fundraising goal will help benefit patients, their families and our amazing NHS staff.
