Donating in memory of a loved one can be a special way to honour them. You can raise funds or donate to our hospitals and know that your loved one’s legacy is supporting future patients, their families and our incredible NHS staff.
If you’d prefer to request family and friends to contribute to Epsom and St Helier Hospitals Charity instead of sending flowers, we can supply you with collection tins, customised leaflets, and any other items you may require for a funeral or remembrance service.
Get in touch with our Charity Team today at esth.charity@nhs.net or call 01372 735 262.
You can raise funds online, in memory of your loved one by creating a tribute page on JustGiving. This allows your family and friends to share their personal stories and messages, donate, claim gift aid, and track the total amount raised in memory of your loved one.
Get in touch with our Charity Team who can help you set up the page and begin your fundraising.
You can make a one-off donation in memory of a loved one online, here.
The form includes a section for you to provide the name of your loved one, allowing us to connect your donation with any others made in their honour. Additionally, there is space for you to specify if you would like your donation to support a particular ward, department or area within our hospitals.
Alternatively, you can call us to donate on 01372 735 262, or you can send us a cheque made payable to Epsom and St Helier Hospitals Charity and post to us at:
Epsom and St Helier Hospitals Charity, Charity Office Ground Floor Headley Wing, Epsom Hospital, Dorking Road, Epsom, Surrey KT18 7EG.
You can set up a regular, monthly, quarterly or annual gift in memory of a loved one here.
