Joseph Toms, Junior Doctor is taking part in the London to Brighton Cycle to promote cycling across our hospitals

Joseph Toms, Junior Doctor and Clinical Teaching Fellow for Surgery, has worked at ESTH for many years and has recently developed the bicycle users group which brings together those who cycle to work, love cycling or want to do more of it across our hospitals.

Joe has signed up to take on the London to Brighton Cycle this September along with a group of #TeamESTH cyclists to raise money for Epsom and St Helier Hospitals Charity.

Joe said “Supporting the charity provides a chance to raise funds to support patients and our staff, as well as an opportunity to promote healthy living and environmentally friendly commute options within the Trust.”

You can sign up today and get half price registration fees using our unique link! You can register for just £27.50 and then commit to raising £150 in sponsorship. The charity will be there to help you every step (or pedal) of the way.

Joe said “Get involved and don’t think about it too much! Make sure you’re free on Sunday 15 September and join the team. Once we are signed up, I look forward to joining some longer weekend training rides.”
